HOUSE Z

DAR's residential design project, Z House, makes full use of the ceiling height advantage by incorporating a mezzanine design. This not only expands the usable space but also cleverly retains a double-height family-sharing area. The open layout allows three generations of the family to move freely within the same space, fostering interaction and companionship. Meanwhile, the staggered loft levels offer diverse activity possibilities, striking a balance between openness and privacy, and together creating a warm and intimate family atmosphere.
