In a fashion show, the models on the runway catch the eye, but what if the runway extended beyond the stage, connecting design studios, sales companies, exhibition halls, and fashion schools? The existing building, with its long, inactive corridors, wastes space and energy, but transforming it into an activated runway would bring life and modern aesthetics to the space. The runway, starting with a ramp from the urban fabric, would lead visitors into a polyvalent space and continue through the Centergross buildings, replacing the roof with transparent glass. This transformation encourages interaction, public events, energy savings, and introduces green roofs and outdoor spaces.
